We are a family winery where the two García brothers carry out the tasks of Technical Management :
- Samuel Garcia : With 50 HA of vinyard under his care, he directs and works these vineyards daily from 1998 with a team of 5 people. He has also helped and advised growers in the area. Samuel also manages the Marfil Cellar Restaurant .
- Xavier Garcia : Geologist , agricultural engineer and oenologist . Has developed the new wine cellar from 2001 and updated sweet wines and generous forgotten in the area for decades . Produces wines in other wine regions and continuously researches and studies on new products.

- Josep Bassas : He's been a winemaker in Alella for over forty years. He performs all the tasks in the winery from the harvest to the bottling. " The "alma mater" behind the cellar .
- Gemma Becerra : performs administrative tasks as well as business and marqueting tasks.Since 2002 she has been in charge of all tours and activities related to oenotourism.
