Organic grapes vineyards.
The wine was aged in stainless steel tanks on its own fine lees from November to February in order to give the wine more lubrication and volume, and to prepare it to improve its evolution throughout time.
Colour is lemon yellow , clean, transparent and bright. Varietal notes of apple, pear and citrus fruits, with lychee, fennel and orange blossom in the background. In mouth it’s well balanced showing excellent persistence of flavour. The finish is elegant and long.
It adapts perfectly to appetizers, anchovies, deep fried anchovies in batter, grilled sole, deep fried baby squid in batter, salmon and cod carpaccio, sweet “piquillo” peppers stuffed with cod, fried or baked fish with potatoes, grilled prawns, Maresme peas, casseroles...
